Shipping & Delivery
Orders generally are be shipped by the next business day.

Please note that all orders are processed subject to inventory availability. Inventory is tightly controlled and generally reflected accurately on the shopping site. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed or the item you've ordered is not in stock any longer.

International Orders
We can accommodate international orders to nearly all countries. Orders will be shipped using USPS International First Class unless FedEx is the preferred shipping method. Please note that USPS International First Class is usually not trackable once it leaves the United States. Any duty or customs charges related to the shipment are the sole responsibility of the receiver. If you have trouble placing an international order or have any questions feel free to contact us.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with the items you purchased, we will refund your full amount for up to two underwear pairs - you keep the underwear. All other items can be returned but must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Shipping charges are non refundable. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
