Returns/Refunds

"Love it or the first pair is on us!"

Please send us an email at customer-support@piado.com requesting a refund. Some feedback would be much appreciated to make sure the issue is rectified for future customers.

The first item is covered under the "Love it or the first pair is on us!" policy. To be eligible for a return on two or more items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item(s) are defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders generally are be shipped by the next business day.

Please note that all orders are processed subject to inventory availability. Inventory is tightly controlled and generally reflected accurately on the shopping site. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed or the item you've ordered is not in stock any longer.

International Orders

We can accommodate international orders to nearly all countries. The main shipping method is via USPS International First Class, however - while not as an option at checkout - but for a faster delivery sometimes we may ship via DHL.

Please note that USPS International First Class is usually not trackable once it leaves the United States. Any duty or customs charges related to the shipment are the sole responsibility of the receiver. If you have trouble placing an international order or have any questions feel free to contact us.
